Ok so I took a quick blitz down to Curacao for some R&R and for snapping some pics. I find Curacao to be my favorite among the the Caribbean islands – it is small and laid back, reasonably untouched by the still fairly low amount of tourism, and it has a lively influx of impressions from nearby Colombia and Venezuela.
Having sat on the beach for a couple of days curiosity took over and I decided to rent a car to explore the island. So after some sightseeing I headed into Willemstad checking out Riffort and the mall. On my way back to my car I spotted some true Caribbean Confidence. I found this lady ready to drive away so I had to stop her and ask for some pics. She was perfectly OK with an improptu photoshoot to celebrate her lovely white dress!
